What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.
• 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
• No-show: No refund.

If the company cancels a tour due to weather conditions or safety reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
